Having worked with GLVF participants to prototype a global collaborative visualization environment for iGrid 2005, the KISTI Supercomputing Center wanted to demonstrate the benefits to the staff of Korea's Ministry of Science and Technology and to KISTI scientists. KISTI, an OptIPuter partner, used its 100-Megapixel SAGE-enabled tiled display to show 5-6 high-definition streams sent simultaneously from each partner site. KISTI received an average of 3Gbps of information for several hours.
