StarLight is a founding member of the Global Lambda Integrated Facility (GLIF), and encourages colleagues worldwide to share new LambdaGrid techniques and tools that exploit and control optical networks; schedule computing resources and wavelengths; and enable new visualization and data mining collaboration techniques for complex problem solving.
